Piping Drafter

• Read and understand engineering and construction drawings

• Create and update 2D isometric drawings for Mechanical and Electrical.

• Revise existing drawings based on redlines, field feedback, and engineering changes.

• Maintain drawing standards, layers/levels, title blocks, and revision history per company procedures.

• Coordinate with engineering, project management, and field teams to ensure drawing accuracy and completeness.

• Organize and manage drawing files and deliverables to support project schedules

• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor as needed.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in piping drafting for industrial construction projects

• Knowledge of industry drafting standards

• Ability to create and revise 2D CAD drawings

• Solid background in 2D CAD drafting techniques

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Planning and organizational skills

• Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.

• High attention to detail, strives for accuracy

• Understanding of engineering terms and standards

• Proficient in the current releases of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
