H+M’s quality insurance processes include:

  • Personnel: All welders, inspectors, and pipefitters undergo rigorous testing and certification in accordance with ASME, API, and ASNT standards.
  • Auditing and surveillance inspections: Continuous job site auditing and internal non-conformance programs allow for real-time identification and correction of deficiencies.
  • Weld inspection and non-destructive testing: A 100% visual inspection (VT) policy ensures every weld is examined. Additional in-house NDT capabilities include Penetrant Testing (PT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), Coating Inspections, Ultrasonic Thickness Testing, Hydrostatic Testing, Ferrite Testing, Brinell Testing, and Positive Material Identification (PMI). Radiographic Testing (RT), Ultrasonic Testing (UT), and other specialized methods are available through contract agreements.
  • Material verification and traceability: Strict procedures ensure proper material segregation, verification, and documentation throughout fabrication
  • Documentation and certification management: Maintaining compliance with industry regulations and seamless project turnover through PSSR.
