"The EPC training program has given me a complete package of skills that any practicing engineer should know and use. The program exposed me to a variety of projects which has helped me understand best design practices, project management, and customer service. This is a great program for any recent engineering graduate who is looking to get involved in the construction industry".

"The EPC Training Program has been a wonderful opportunity filled with opportunities to learn. My two years in the training program flew by, and I feel as though I gained four years of experience in that time. There are so many different chances to learn various aspects of EPC projects and about the petrochemical industry as a whole. Coming straight out of college, it’s nice to be able to train in different departments and not be committed to a certain area right away. You are able to work with all disciplines, and all levels of employees which promotes educational growth as well as leadership growth".
