Strategic HR Business Partnering
• Serve as a trusted HR partner to leaders across the organization
• Advise on performance management, employee relations, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness
• Support promotion, performance, and development decisions using consistent frameworks
• Proactively identify and address talent risks and capability gaps
Talent Management
• Design and implement performance reviews, calibration, succession, and high-potential identification processes
• Facilitate talent discussions and ensure action plans are executed
• Build scalable tools to support consistent people decisions
Talent Development & Training
• Develop and execute a talent development strategy aligned to business priorities
• Create development paths for engineers, project managers, and emerging leaders
• Convert internal playbooks and expertise into structured learning content
• Leverage the LMS to scale and track development programs
Onboarding & Early Career Development
• Design a structured onboarding experience for the first six months
• Balance internal process training with role-specific skill development
• Continuously improve onboarding based on outcomes and feedback
Program Execution & Measurement
• Track and report on engagement, retention, and leadership readiness metrics
• Ensure programs are cost-effective and outcome-driven
• Support leaders in adopting people processes consistently
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience with HRBP and talent development scope
• Proven ability to build programs and processes from the ground up
• Strong business acumen and executive communication skills
• Experience in engineering, construction, EPC, or project-based environments preferred
• Practical, solutions-oriented approach
• Occasionally lift objects weighing up to 25 pounds
• Sit for long periods of time
• Occasionally stoop, kneel or crouch
• Use hands and arms to reach for, grasp and manipulate objects
Most work time is spent in an office environment.
