• Partner with the executive team to align the organizational structure and talent strategy with company growth objectives and project execution needs.
• Ensure alignment between people priorities and enterprise vision and strategy.
• Accountable for all HR functions including HR operations, talent acquisition, learning and development, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and compliance – ensuring alignment with business objectives and consistent high quality employee experiences.
• Lead the development and execution of scalable HR processes rooted in the company’s EOS framework (Entrepreneurial Operating System).
• Oversee the optimization of HR processes and technology to maximize operational effectiveness, consistency, data transparency, and employee/user experience.
• Drive the development and utilization of people data to inform organizational strategy and decision-making across the organization.
• Lead the design and execution of talent development programs.
• Lead the internal recruiting team to meet internal and project demands, serving both field and professional roles.
• Facilitate talent calibration and succession planning efforts to build a strong leadership bench and support long-term workforce scalability.
• Lead company-wide employee engagement strategies.
• Drive cultural initiatives that reflect the company’s values and business goals.
• Promote a workplace environment that aligns with H+M Core Values of Safety, Client Experience, Team Success, and Continuous Improvement.
• Lead and develop a high-performing HR team that operates as consultative partner to employees and leaders.
• Ensure a department structure that balances business and operations partnership with day-to-day HR execution, maintaining strong service delivery while driving forward long-term initiatives.
• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally in engineering, construction, or other project-based industries.
• Demonstrated ability to scale HR systems, structures, and strategies to support rapid organizational growth.
• Strong expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, performance management, employee learning and development, and HR technology.
• Ability to lead through change with a hands-on, business-minded approach.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
