• Supervise and lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of Project Engineering/Management for assigned project.
• Lead multi-discipline engineering/project teams (civil, structural, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation)
• Provide direction for development of Project Engineering/Management Execution Plans.
• Review under-defined project scopes and provide recommendation on execution strategy.
• Provide project leadership, guidance, assignments, and direction for specific project.
• Support development of project proposals including review and approval of all disciplines work hour estimates.
• Coordinate engineering/project schedules with construction, procurement, and commissioning teams
• Work closely with construction to develop and support project specific construction driven execution plans, schedules, and deliverables
• Support constructability and quantity forecasting/trending for assigned project.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, standards, and safety.
• Support all projects in the identification and resolution of execution issues and concerns for both internal and external clients.
• Implement plans for project oversight and perform weekly reviews of all key projects, including definition of performance metrics which trigger actions.
• Reviewing and managing the projects’ progress and performance measurements are in line with their plan, and work with all disciplines to resolve any issues.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for the client and third part subcontractors/vendors.
• Communicate project staffing needs to client functional management and provide weekly reviews on overall plan.
• Interface with Department Managers to ensure implementation of systems and processes.
• Develop and coordinate engineering, vendors, third party subcontracts as required for project execution.
• Ensure Document Management process supports the needs across all projects.
• Actively support client/site goals and objectives for safety, quality, schedule and cost.
• BS in Engineering
• Experience requirements needed: 5 to 10 years of project engineering/project management experience in the downstream markets.
• Possess project engineering/project management knowledge and familiarity with applicable codes, standards, and acceptable industry practices.
• Experience with Field Installations on projects.
• Expertise in engineering/project packages and deliverables

• Microsoft Office Suite: Microsoft Project, Outlook, Word, Excel
• Occasionally lift objects weighing up to 25 pounds

Most work time is spent onsite working in the field at a designated unit.
