Must have open availability any time and day of the week. Normal work period is Monday-Friday dayshift.
Essential Skills

(must possess the ability to)

May include but not limited to:

  • Perform client relationship activities daily, including cold calls, emails, and virtual networking.
  • Administrative processing of client correspondence into company database
  • Attend trade shows and industry expos as necessary
  • Organize virtual client meetings with H+M Project Managers.
  • Research companies and industry trends to determine best opportunities for H+M potential projects.
  • Develop long term professional relationships with new clients.
  • Work within company policy as outlined in the H+M Employee Handbook as well as the H+M Safety Manual and OSHA Safety rules.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor as needed.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of five (5) years of successful professional sales experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of software applications, such as Microsoft Office suite.
  • Able to multi-task and work under time pressure.
  • Ability to work with others to achieve job goals

Physical Requirements

  • Occasionally lift objects weighing up to 25 pounds
  • Sit for long periods of time
  • Occasionally stoop, kneel or crouch
  • Use hands and arms to reach for, grasp and manipulate objects

Position will be working from home in the first instance. Reliable internet connection essential. Position may move to an office environment in the future.
