Core Job Responsibilities

Preparation of multiple weekly project reports (cost, schedule, and progress).
Support activities within the Project Controls department.
On-time delivery and quality of work tasks and responsibilities.
Eager to learn and quick learner. On the job training will be provided.

Essential Qualifications

Preferred Bachelor’s degree in a business or an engineering/technical field, but not required.
0-2+ years of experience.
Intermediate knowledge and experience with: MS Office (i.e. – Excel, Word, PowerPoint), this role has a heavy Excel focus

Preferred knowledge and experience with, but not required: Primavera P6 or other scheduling tool, Power BI

Strong work ethic.
Proactive and strong communication skills.
Enjoys a fast-paced work environment.
Preferred past experience in a technical field, project, or company (e.g. industrial, engineering, etc), but not required.
Fluent in English

Physical Requirements

Occasionally lift objects weighing up to 25 pounds
Sit for long periods of time
Occasionally stoop, kneel or crouch
Use hands and arms to reach for, grasp and manipulate objects

Most work time is spent remote environment or in an office environment.
