Core Job Responsibilities
  • Provide daily support to our project managers in developing bids/proposals, the execution of current projects, and project close-out activities for engineering, construction, and EPC projects.
  • Provides project management support in estimate and proposal development including bid set-up, bid walks, review of bid documents, kick-off, strategy meetings, execution planning, developing and collecting proposal documentation, bid reviews, meeting notes, and general bid coordination and follow-up.
  • Provides project management support in the execution of active projects including project status updates, scope management, schedule and budget management, change management, execution planning, internal and client meetings, invoicing, meeting notes, and general project coordination and follow-up.
  • Provides project management support in project close-out activities including lessons learned sessions, close-out reports, final invoicing, and general project close-out coordination and follow-up.
  • Other duties as assigned by PMT and/or Director of Project Services

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in the capital projects environment (engineering and construction).
  • Strong preference for previous experience in project engineering, engineering, and/or project execution.
  • Prefer past working experience in a multi-projects environment.
  • Prefer past working experience in small and medium sized industrial projects.
  • Good working knowledge and use of MS Office (i.e. – Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, completeness and meeting deadlines and commitments.
  • Strong work ethic and analytical skills.
  • Proactive and strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • Enjoys a fast-paced work environment.

Physical Requirements

  • Occasionally lift objects weighing up to 25 pounds
  • Sit for long periods of time
  • Occasionally stoop, kneel or crouch
  • Use hands and arms to reach for, grasp and manipulate objects

Tool Requirements


Working conditions encountered in this job include those found in a typical office setting as well as an indoor/outdoor manufacturing setting which includes exposure to outside weather conditions, work at elevated heights, climbing of stairs and ladders, and physical manipulation of tools and mechanical equipment. This job demands the use of typical manufacturing personal protective equipment as well as advanced protective equipment as needed.
